Lilies Care Home is based on the belief that our residents' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

 

Our administrators are well experienced in elderly care, and sensitive to everchanging conditions of our aging population.  Lily is a clinically trained registered dietitian/nutritionist specialized in geriatric health conditions and modified diets catered to their needs. Merton is trained in social work, and is very sensitive to our elder's emotional and behavioral changes, as well as their physical needs.

 

All our staff is experienced and friendly and very patient, they are all trained to provide companionship and quality personal care to our seniors. Residents are always treated with dignity and respect. They are all trained in CPR, first aid, and other emergency procedures. All our staff including the administrators are screened by Community Care Licensing regulations in which each one of their finger-prints are to be cleared by the Department of Justice, Bureau of Criminal Identification, before they are hired. Staff is also cleared from tuberculosis and other contagious diseases, to assure medically safe to be close to our frail elderly population.
